1. Returns

• We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as you received it.

  • In its original packaging with all accessories/manuals intact.

2. Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 Working Days.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

3. Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

4. Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 5 hours of placing the order, provided they haven’t been shipped.

• After dispatch, the order will be subject to the return policy.
